Product Replacement ServiceThis is a free service managed by our Medical Information team. This process requires that for any faulty products the Medical Information team are contacted by the HCP so that a free-post returns package can be dispatched, as well as a free replacement device. The faulty device must be returned and will be analysed with a report sent to you within 12 weeks |
