Corflo^® Radiological Over the Wire (O.T.W.) Push PEG

The O.T.W. Push PEG can be placed radiologically or endoscopically and is still polyurethane traction removable.

• Provides reliable internal fixation, while still traction removable
• A Radiologically inserted PEG has significantly lower rates of tube obstruction than a RIG (Radiologically Inserted Gastrostomy)⁹
• No additional skin fixation required unlike the RIG⁹
• Option to convert to a jejunostomy at a later date using an extension kit
• Can be used where Endoscopy is contraindicated or following failed attempts to place a Pull PEG⁹
• Does not require access to Endoscopy service⁹
• Requires only minor sedation or local anaesthetic⁹
• Significant cost advantage for total consumables with Push PEG compared to RIG⁹
