- Should one of our devices fail to meet clinical expectation due to a fault with the device, we shall replace the device for free.
Returns
Simply call 01895 452307 and supply your name, address and contact telephone
number, the device name, product number and batch number together with a description
of the problem experienced.
We shall reply to you within two working days and supply special packaging for the safe return of the device if needed. The device will be sent for analysis and a report sent to you within 12 weeks. If a fault has been found a new device will be sent at this time.
